The Panther Lake Ski Club made a great showing at The North Carolina State Games this weekend.

We had 8 members in the event and took home a stack of medals!

Brooke Loewengruber was the first skier in the very first NC State Games water ski tournament. She skied well and brought home a silver medal. Kaitlyn Ross won a gold medal in the Girls 2 event with 1.5 at 28 off. Haley Ross took 4th in Girls 2, which was the largest division of the event. In Boys 2 slalom, Bradley Pinkus took Gold and Blake Loewengruber took the Silver. Bradley also got a Gold in tricks, Gold in Jump and took home the all-round Gold medal. Bradley was complaining about his back hurting (must have been the 4 gold medals hanging around his neck). Gina Ross claimed the silver medal with a strong performance in Women 3. Jaime Diaz took bronze medal in Mens 5.

Bob Ross claimed the Gold in Mens 3 after five competitors scratched (must have scared them off).
